Anyone heading to The Rocks for views of Sydney Harbour Bridge and the Opera House, is going to pass this outlet of the Australian house-brewing chain.
The view from the brewery is iconic.
Contrary to the blurb on their beermats, the Bier is decidedly – Mainstream – they have not gone out on a limb to produce overtly hopped Bier. If – safe – is what you seek, then this place will do. However, if one is seeking a DDH DIPA, well, maybe not.
