Arriving a good hour before the advertised closing time, the serving Doris said they were closed despite two customers at bar. A few minutes later I had a Bier in front of me.
As the other customers were still there, I was offered another Bier from the choice of the two taps that had not been turned off for the night. This Bier was on the house, perhaps to get me onside given the lack of welcome.
Bergstein Ale 5.0%
Amber Ale – more gold than amber. The promised sourness crept in.
