Future Brewing is located a few minutes from St. Peters train station. One might encounter Brickworks en route.

A large taproom, the staff were most welcoming, especially when my reaction to their Bier was declared. This was the best Bier found in the six days spent in Sydney. This did not come as a surprise, Elyssia at 7.0%, a DDH IPA was brewed in Manchester at the turn of the year in collaboration with Track (Ancoats, Manchester, England).

What’s this gobsh*te doing in my Australia Blog drinking Elyssia?

If I ever returned to Sydney, this is where I would head first!

Today, there were two other choices which might have been right up there also, however, we reached future after a trek round Marrickville’s breweries.
