Located in the south-east of the Ballard brewery cluster in Seattle WA, Maritime Brewing dates back to 1990. On the retiral of the founders, family members who had Rooftop Brewing, moved in to the adjacent premises.
Also located in the same building is Jolly Roger Taproom, the original taproom for Maritime Brewing.
A bar and restaurant, seemingly popular with the more mature element.
Tropical Staycation 6.9% (Rooftop Brewing)
Hazy IPA – NEIPA
Full milkshake haze.
Body so think, almost chewy.
Hops needed more impact.
Hops: Mosaic, Citra, El Dorado.
