Located in Marrickville near the airport, Sauce is the largest of the cluster of three breweries in this area. Kicks and Mixtape are nearby.
Welcoming staff, the main chap was obliging and looked up the hops for my chosen Bier.
Chocolate and Strawberry NEIPAs might be a flavour too far, who knows?
