Amber , dry, very dry, and had no astringency. The hops: Chinook, Citra, Columbus, Falconer’s Flight. The first Bier in Oregon.

Once the gas settled in this hazy IPA there was a big grapefruit hit. This Bier was astonishing! In the style, with the flavours one dreams of.
