Located in Capitol Hill in the heart of Seattle WA, minutes from Stoup Brewing, a visit to Elysian Fields forms a stop-off en route to the quirky Outer Planet Brewing.
Visit #1was brief, despite their claims, how was this a brewery or even a taproom, was not apparent. The vibe was – bar.
The management put me right, a return was in order.
With renovations reportedly ongoing in May 2026, the venue still felt like a bar.
The board gave names and styles of Bier, no abv, not helpful. From a visit to Elysian Fields on 1st avenue, I know they have better Bier than was sampled on Visit #2 to these premises.
