Flat Tail is another of the many breweries on this trip I would certainly return to. Thor’s Hammered – Double IPA at 8.0% is the Bier we could/should have had. Still, the two sampled were very quaffable, the N.E.W. IPA being a Hoegarden (Belgium) variant.
With much space available late afternoon, we were all huddled around the bar. Barman proved to be engaging once we ordered our second.

Citra and Mosaic hops.
Citrus to the fore, lemon juice, very drinkable.

A tangy IPA, yet thin for this abv.
Again, very drinkable, dangerous.
