Dynamo – Bar de Soif – Chau. d’Alsemberg 130, Saint-Gilles, Brussel
High on the hill to south-east of Brussel Centrum lies the neighbourhood: St. Gilles. Dynamo – Bar de Soif is one of two Craft Beer bars at the southern extremity, nearby Moeder Lambic Original being the other.
Metro 3 & 4 to Albert results in a short downhill walk to Bar de Soif.
Dynamo – Bar de Soif opens daily at 17.00, 16.00 on Saturday and Sunday.
With up to twenty taps, featuring Bier from Belgien, Deutschland and the UK, hopefully something for everyone.
First visited in July 2023, Hop Circles (Fugu Brewing Co., Brussel) at 8.0% was the Bier of choice. A DIPA with a decent haze, the body was commensurate with the abv. Amarillo, El Dorado and Mosaic hops feature. With no nasty aftertaste, a decent Bier, nothing outstanding.
