Hopificio is a dedicated Craft Beer bar located in the south-east of Roma, near the Furio Camillo Metro station. Hopificio opens daily at 17.30.
With eight taps, not the largest choice, however, when one finds what one desires, that is what matters. The Jungle Juice was spot on.

American IPA Gold, unfiltered. Hops were present, hence a decent flavour. The big – hop hit – was slow to register, but became better.

American IPA Gold, full, haze, a forerunner of – milkshake. Centennial, Simcoe, Mosaic hops. The party Bier of the day.
