Located in the heart of the Old Town, it is very much a matter of starting here, this brewery closes early, 22.00 on a Thursday being the latest. First visited in March 2026, it was less than an hour until the 21.00, Friday night closing.
Friendly, welcoming staff. A pity there was no time to sample more of the range. However, it did appear to be somewhat conservative. As one who typically seeks Bier with New World hops, the range was decidedly – European.
The intention is to return and explore this venue further.

White IPA
Muddy, amber-gold.
Neither a Belgian Blanche or a Weizen.
Not sure what they were trying to create here.
Could easily have been a West Coast IPA.
