From Sydney city centre, Train 8 to Green Square, then Bus 309 from Stand C to Botany Shops, Botany Road.
One Drop is one of two microbreweries situated on the eastern side of the runway at Sydney International Airport. Slow Lane Brewing is located around the corner. There was a A$5.00 Happy Hour at 16.00 on the day of our visit, most amenable.
Hector first became aware of One Drop whilst in Singapore. Julia referred to her friend’s brewery in Sydney. CANs of One Drop were on sale at Welcome Ren Min, the source of the best NEIPA found in Singapore.
Co-owner Nick joined us during our visit and of course recalled his school chum Julia. Standing us a Bier was much appreciated.
A food wagon is located daily outside One Drop. It was the turn for Mexican on the day of our visit, an expensive snack.
