Intendente (Green line) metro station gets one very close. With sixteen taps and only one offering a – Sputnik – Bier, it is debatable if this really is a – Brewpub.
They sell Bier and snacks, that’s it. If one does not drink Bier, then this venue is not for you. Tap water was supplied for our non Bier drinker, until the barmaid agreed to let us bring in a can of lemonade purchased from the impressive – All About Noodles – (closed) across the street.
In 2020, TangerIPA (Gallas, Lisboa), arguably the best Bier found in Lisbon was available, we drank this. In other company I would have happily stayed here all night, the lack of alternative drinks made this unfair. 21 Gallas Brewpub (closed) was a few minutes walk away.
The 2023 visit was a much happier event, a more welcoming chap, though Weekend (Dois Corvos, Lisboa) did confuse. The first Bier out the tap was far from the Hazy IPA listed, the second was closer to a NEIPA.
Huge amount of brews, both bottled and draft. Quite expensive though.
2 half pints and a bottle of Geuze set me back €20,= It’s for beer sippers or rich drinkers.
