The brew-plant is in Codogno, Lombardia, as appears to be the case in the other microbreweries in Milano.
Located a couple of tram stops to the south of Navigli, Small Brewery Brioschi was a definite highlight of the 2026 visit to Milano. A comfortable bar, an actual pub, with the music not being played at deafening volumes.
Mein Host was most welcoming and talked me through the Bier on tap. No Hazy / NEIPA on offer which is typically the case across Milano at this time.
My choice of Bier proved to be rewarding, its name inspired by a certain – Thelonious.
