Enobirreria L’Etrusco – Piazza Martiri della Libertà, 18, 56127 Pisa
L’Etrusco is a small Craft Beer bar located on the east side of a small park some 250m north of Orzo Bruno Pub, or a similar distance east of the Leaning Tower, if one prefers.
With six keg taps plus a hand-pull, there were familiar brewers among the variety of Italian Craft, some with a surprisingly high abv. Being early evening, the Hector chose a less demanding option.
God of Laif (50&50 Birrificio Varese, Lombardy, Italia), a 4.5% Session IPA, showed as a clear, yellow, West Coast style IPA. There was a decent sharpness and no astringency.
There appeared to be locals here for a chat as well as having a drink. Maybe this place is less used to Bier Tourists popping in.
