Francis Drake & One Time – Via Oristano, 8/10, 09127 Cagliari CA
Open 24 hours – claims Google. In July 2019 they didn’t even have the correct name for this venue, never mind the opening hours for far too many venues in Cagliari. The – Francis Drake – moniker is much less visible.
One Time is located well to the east of the city centre, away from the other Bier houses. Perhaps Bier house is a bit of an exaggeration, the range could do with being more brave. Had there been more than one IPA on offer, the visit would have been longer. One Time must make their money from food, the lavish interior is complemented by a substantial al fresco area out front. The bar interior was enthralling, the staff were excellent.
One Time is definitely a place worth checking out.

Body, little sense of alcohol.
Dry tasting, some hop flavours, but far from the hoped for NEIPA.
