Hop & Rock – Via Niccolò Machiavelli, 10, 34132 Trieste TS
Visited in passing one July afternoon in 2018, Hop & Rock did not merit a return. Despite enjoying the Bier, there was no sense of this being a nighttime venue to rival Hops Beerstrò on the other side of Piazza Unità d’Italia. The range of Bier on tap was limited in comparison. Perhaps at the time of my visit, I found the Hop and avoided the Rock. The prices were more amenable than other venues.
