Fork & Brewer is located in the heart of Downtown Wellington. Located on the first floor, the venue is also an eatery.
The range of Bier on offer impressed. Being chosen as the first Wellington Bier house visited, the intention was to stay and dine also. A truly loud female at the adjacent table, made this impossible. A busy Friday night. The return visit was on a much more pleasant, quiet Sunday afternoon.

Haze Jumper 5.4%
NEIPA
Yellow, slight haze
Tastes far too high a IBU to be a NEIPA
Dry, sharp, think West Coast then fine.

Another Forking Hazy 6.5%
NEIPA – not
Yellow, partial haze
No hops declared, but Citra deduced
Tastes as high IBU
More likely a WCIPA

Kelly Ryan, who seemingly, single handedly, introduced pale-hoppy IPA to the UK, reportedly worked here back in 2016.
