First visited in 1996, and most recently in 2022, Türkiye was never famed for its Bier, but that is changing. American hops have arrived, the Craft Beer scene is taking root. Look out for the following breweries: 3 Kafadar, Gara Guzu, Pablo Bira, Trokya, and even Türk Tuborg for Frederik. All IPAs encountered were in the West Coast AIPA style.
In five visits over quarter of a century, I do have photos to cover the main sights of this vast country, time, how many are digital, and time available, shall determine how extensive this page becomes.
