Our first port of call in Portland ME and quite a frustrating one. In search of NEIPA , in New England, the range of Bier on offer was relatively poor. The daughter of the house, who served us, did not know the Beer, no other advice offered.
A locals’ bar, rather than a brewery tap, came across strongly. Everywhere else in Portland ME put Gritty’s in the shade.
