Floating Bridge is a small Brewpub in the north of Seattle to the west of the University District. There are ten taps covering the range of Bier styles. The two described below were enjoyed, why I missed out on MPG IPA at 6.5% remains a mystery. With its easily accessible location, definitely a Brewpub to keep in mind on the next visit.
Westbound IPA 7.2%
West Coast IPA 72 IBU
Mosaic, Simcoe, and Centennial hops.
Very light on the palate, and with this IBU, most enjoyable.

Oaked Apricot Sour 6.2%
Sour 7 IBU
Gold, slight haze.
Lives up to its description: kettle soured ale fermented with apricot and conditioned on American oak.
