Seattle Waterfront Brewery – is how Here Today describes itself. Well, it ain’t on the waterfront, there’s even a railways line separating the Taproom from the sea. Located down a block from Elliott Avenue, if Frasier had a Belltown brewery local, it would have been here.
Preparing their own food on site may be an attraction. The usual US fayre, maybe Mexican is a plus.
Busier outside compared to in on our May 2024 visit, a comfortable venue. Getting served was an issue, the mature chap had his way, don’t mess. With time for only one Bier, this wasn’t too shabby. Cocktails also feature.
