This is quite possibly the oldest attraction in New Delhi, pre-dating all the Islamic sites. Sources mention the time of the Mahabhrata which takes us back to before 3000 BCE. Located in what is the heart of New Delhi this step apparently lay hidden from the Tourist Itinerary until a 2015 Bollywood Movie brought it to everyone’s attention. One would never simply stumble across the ancient structure.
