Baobab – Craft Beer Bar – Rua do Almada 377, 4000-303 Porto
Baobab had recently celebrated its first birthday when we visited on April 24th, 2023. Baobab is run by a Slovakian couple: Suzy and Dendy, though I think Mein Host’s name may be subtlety different. A charming couple, the welcome was indeed warm, making Baobab a place one wishes to return to.

With eight taps, hopefully something to suit every palate. The fridge had interesting Cans, some intriguingly expensive for Porto.
Baobab is located next door to Alvares Brewery Co. Taproom between Trindade and Aliados Metro stations in the heart of the city.

Pink, sour enough without being astringent.

Haxy, muddy.
Decent body, no nasties.
Following a Mosaic-rich NEIPA next door, this took time for the palate to adjust.
