33 storeys, 156m high, this is the highest urban brewery in the World, and there is seating on the balcony. If booking there may be a premium for such seats. To be here at sunset is to see Singapore, the view is magnificent. A pukka restaurant and bar, do not turn up too casual clothing, as we did on visit #1, there is a dress code.
Having visited one or two breweries, one anticipated the telltale odour of yeast, there was no sign of it here, or the random sack of Weyermann Malt lying around. The coppers behind the bar were too clean…what conclusion is Hector left to make?
The Beer menu is traditional, LeVel33 are not making contemporary NEIPA, Sours etc.
