As the name suggests, Waikiki Brewing Company is located in the downtown district of Honolulu, albeit in the north western periphery. The – shack-type – construction is in keeping with the atmosphere of being near the beach.
There are three seating areas at the brewery, seats at the bar may be at a premium. The large room is where one may find oneself if declaring an intention to eat.
The food is typical of US bar fayre. Pizza was ordered as a last resort, anything to avoid Burgers. The Pizza proved to be of reasonable quality.
As for the Bier, the brewers have yet to embrace – Hazy / NEIPA and this is 2024!
The quality of service varied.
Staff changing shifts did not help.
