Who are they and how did they get up there?
A question many may have asked while wandering around Grote Markt in the heart of Brugge. Those who have paid to visit The Historium, housed in the same building, may well be encouraged to have a Bier here afterwards.
The reality, anyone can climb the impressive staircase and enter Duvelorium. A decent range of tap Bier is on offer, not just Duvel. There’s even a Hazy, a departure from the usual Belgian fayre.
Seating is aplenty, however, if one times it right, a seat on the balcony can be secured, and from here one can survey all…and become one of the – who are they?
